Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Team member at Revive Holidayss. The role involves responding to inquiries from prospective travelers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable holiday packages and itineraries.

The Sales

Team member will follow up with leads, prepare quotations, explain inclusions and exclusions, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal operations to ensure smooth trip execution, and providing transparent, timely communication to clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.



The role also includes meeting sales targets, contributing to promotional campaigns, and sharing feedback from customers to improve offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead handling, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain travel options clearly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of travel planning and Indian destinations, with an interest in tourism and holiday packages.
- Competence in using CRM tools or spreadsheets, email platforms, and online communication tools for remote work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support client needs across different time zones.
