Role Description The Sales Specialist Service Industry role is a full time remote position focused on driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for tile and grout cleaning services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual consultations with prospective customers, and presenting service offerings that meet their needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing sales.

Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate scheduling, smooth service delivery, and a positive customer experience.



This role also includes maintaining detailed records in CRM systems and providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a service-based environment.
- Experience in Training or coaching, with the ability to share best practices and support team development.
- Background in Sales Management or overseeing sales activities, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics is an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in CRM and online communication tools.
- Familiarity with residential or commercial cleaning services, facilities management, or related service industries is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
