Role Description The Immigration Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their immigration needs, and presenting suitable visa and resettlement options. The consultant will conduct consultations, explain documentation requirements, and guide clients through application processes while maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Daily activities include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for case processing, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.



The role also requires meeting sales targets, participating in promotional activities, and providing regular updates to management on client pipelines and conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and conversion.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Customer Service skills to assess client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of immigration processes, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM or client management tools are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, law, or a related field, along with prior experience in immigration, education consulting, or sales, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentive
