About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our OEM sales activities. The role involves managing sales orders, tracking dispatches, coordinating with customers, maintaining records, and assisting with payment follow-ups. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-growing deep-tech company.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily OEM sales orders and dispatch tracking.
- Coordinate with customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Maintain order records, renewal details, and sales reports.
- Assist with payment follow-ups, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatches.
- Maintain accurate data and update sales trackers using Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reporting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn sales operations, customer coordination, and order management.
