Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Sales

Officer will identify and approach prospective customers, generate leads, and promote KAFL’s vehicle and asset finance products within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, explaining product features and terms, handling customer queries, and guiding applicants through the loan process. The role involves coordinating with channel partners and dealers,



maintaining accurate sales and customer records, and following up on inquiries to close sales.

The Sales

Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursement, timely collections support, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive business growth and manage the sales pipeline.
- Experience in Channel Sales to build and manage relationships with dealers, agents, and other partners.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle or asset finance products, NBFC operations, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work in the field, meet sales targets, and handle documentation with attention to detail.
- Good numerical aptitude, familiarity with MS Office, and capacity to prepare reports and maintain records.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; prior sales experience in BFSI or automotive sector is an advantage.
