Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Mathura.

The Sales

Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with retail and wholesale customers for Business loans and personal loans .

Responsibilities include explaining product offerings, assessing customer needs, and guiding prospective customers through the application and documentation process. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth sales operations, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,



and meeting defined sales and service targets.

The Sales

Officer will represent the company in local markets, support channel partners, and provide ongoing customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly explain financial products and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to collaborate with partners, agents, and local networks to expand market reach.
- Relevant experience in retail lending, NBFCs, or banking sales is beneficial, particularly in personal, home, or business loans.
- Ability to work with sales targets, use basic MS Office or CRM tools, and travel locally within Mathura and nearby areas as required.
- Minimum educational qualification typically includes a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience.
