Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Marketing Internship based in Noida. The intern will support sales outreach by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing sales presentations and marketing collateral, coordinating with the business development team for client follow-ups, and contributing to email, phone,



and in-person communication with stakeholders.

The role involves assisting in organizing product demonstrations or training sessions, collecting market intelligence on competitors and industry trends, and reporting performance metrics to the sales management team. The intern will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to understand Refnic’s solutions and communicate them clearly to customers and partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess the ability to assist in Training-related activities, including preparing materials and supporting product or process demonstrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in industrial, sustainability, or engineering domains.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools and basic CRM or sales tracking software.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
