Role Description The Sales Manager – Telecom & Networking Solutions will lead sales activities for RLTECH’s portfolio, focusing on GPON, EPON, IPTV, and OTT solutions for telecom and ISP clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories.

The Sales

Manager will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, tracking sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The role also requires participation in industry events, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in telecom or networking solutions sales, preferably with GPON, EPON, IPTV, or OTT products.
- Solid skills in account management, business development,



and relationship building with telecom operators, ISPs, and enterprise clients.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to networking, broadband, and content delivery platforms to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with capability to conduct market research, assess competition, and identify growth opportunities.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, partner visits, and industry events.

Experience · 2-4 years of sales/business development experience in the telecommunications field.

· Experience in ISP, Telecom, FTTH, Networking, EMS, White label business or Broadband industry preferred.

· Candidates with an existing customer network in the ISP/Telecom sector will be preferred.

Required Skill

· Strong knowledge of the Indian ISP and broadband market.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong negotiation and business development skills.

· Strong customer relationship management skills.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

· Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
