Role Description The Manager – Textile Dyes & Chemicals (Biopol Chemicals Limited) is a full-time, on-site role based in the

Kolkata Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to textile dyes and chemicals, including inventory control, store management, and coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The manager will maintain strong relationships with customers, address technical and service queries, and work to enhance overall customer experience through responsive support and solutions.

Responsibilities also include monitoring sales performance,



supporting business development initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The role requires close collaboration across departments to optimize operations and contribute to growth in key markets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee inventory, store activities, and coordination with production and logistics.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills to manage stock levels, documentation, and material handling in line with safety and quality protocols.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of textile dyes, chemicals, and industrial supply chains is highly beneficial.
- Experience in the chemical, textile, or manufacturing industry in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Ability to analyze operational data, create reports, and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
