Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and implementing strategies that maximize student enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets for growth.




- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for integrated growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and high conversion rates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
