Role Description The Sales Intern role is an on-site internship based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team by generating leads, assisting with client outreach, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and ongoing opportunities. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their event requirements, preparing basic proposals or presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

The intern may also participate in market research,



competitor analysis, and follow-up activities to strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth. This position provides practical exposure to event sales and client management within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Training to learn and apply sales techniques in real-world scenarios.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge or exposure to Sales Management concepts to support tracking pipelines and reporting.
- Candidates should demonstrate robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
