About Muffin Media

We're an AI company, not an agency. Our software reads what your competitors are running on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, forecasts what your ad spend should return before you spend it, and then we run the campaigns. We work with healthcare groups and residential developers across India, and we're a small team where you'll sit close to the founders.

What you'll do

You'll work the whole sales cycle, from the first call to the close, with a senior person coaching you:

Prospecting: build lists of the right clinics, hospital groups and developers, and find the decision maker.

Outreach: cold call and message on LinkedIn, and learn to handle "not interested" and "we already have an agency".

Qualifying: work out which leads have a real need, budget and reason to act.

Booking meetings: your main number. Qualified meetings that actually take place.

Pipeline: keep every deal tracked in the CRM, with clean notes and follow-ups.

Discovery, pitch and proposal: sit in on calls, then run them yourself.

Negotiation and closing: see how deals get won, and join the closing conversations.

You're a student or fresh graduate, in Bengaluru or able to move there

You're comfortable on the phone and don't mind hearing "no"

You write and speak clearly in English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus)

You're hungry and coachable, and you do what you say you'll do

You can work from our Jayanagar office full-time for all 5 months

No prior sales experience needed.
