Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Pune City.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, providing information about travel packages, and assisting in preparing quotations and proposals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-sales support. The intern will also assist in basic training activities, such as organizing sales materials and updating product information, while learning sales processes and customer service standards.

Daily activities include working with sales tools and CRM systems, participating in team meetings,



and contributing to continuous improvement of sales practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills with an interest in learning Sales Management practices.
- Candidates should possess the ability to support Training activities, including organizing materials and assisting with onboarding documentation.
- Candidates should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools) and comfortable working with data.
- Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred but not mandatory.
- An interest in the travel and tourism industry and flexibility to work standard business hours on-site in Pune City.
