Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s steel products to dealers, contractors, and industrial customers. Daily activities include regular client visits, follow-ups on inquiries, visit client sites to understand requirementd in Iron and steel products.

Executive will also support marketing initiatives, participate in local trade networks, and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting.

Qualifications





- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify prospects, build pipelines, and close deals.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills to manage accounts, handle queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of iron and steel products, market pricing, and distribution channels, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to analyze market trends, gather competitor information, and provide insights to support business growth.
- Comfort with fieldwork, including regular on-site client visits within Hyderabad and nearby regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in steel or building materials sales is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and local languages (such as Telugu and Hindi) will be beneficial for client interactions.
