Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pattambi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for website development, digital marketing, and hosting services.

Responsibilities include engaging prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and marketing teams. The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

The Sales

Executive will also track sales performance, update CRM or sales reports, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity qualification, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience in consultative selling, solution presentation, and negotiation,



particularly for IT, web, or digital marketing services.
- Knowledge of website design and development, UI/UX, digital marketing (SEO, ads, social media), and hosting or email solutions is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Comfort with basic sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or IT services sales is preferred; familiarity with SME and startup markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Pattambi, demonstrate a growth mindset, and maintain ethical, inclusive, and qualified conduct with all clients and colleagues.
