About the RoleSeventh Sea Holidays India is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for selling domestic and international holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Promote and sell international travel packages, including Umrah, Dubai, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and other popular destinations.
- Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, explain package inclusions, and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent pre-sales support.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain lead records,



follow-up schedules, and sales reports.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
- Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is an advantage.
