About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Counselor to join our team! As a key member of the sales and admissions team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions or services offered by our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective leads through calls, emails, or in-person meetings. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate programs/services. Maintain follow-up communication and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM tools.



Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for better lead conversion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in sales, counselling, with good comms skill Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets. Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and sales tools.

What We Offer

Salary: Up to your interview, depending on interview performance

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
