Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive Fresher role based in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with prospective customers at project sites and through outbound calls, explaining project features, pricing, and offers, and responding to inquiries promptly.

The Sales

Executive will support senior sales staff in organizing site visits, coordinating with internal teams for updated project information, and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions. Day-to-day tasks include updating the customer database, following up on leads, assisting in preparing basic sales documentation, and participating in sales events or promotional activities. The position is designed for individuals starting their career in sales,



with training and guidance provided to develop core sales and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills or a strong interest in developing them within the real estate sector.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to maintain records, follow up on leads, and handle multiple inquiries.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking tools (training can be provided).
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory for motivated freshers.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to field-based activities, and be available on weekends or peak business days as required.
