DCS Telematik provides sales and service support across major sectors including industrial cranes, mobile hydraulics, maritime, construction equipment, and mining and drilling equipment. The company also offers explosion-proof radio control systems tailored for hazardous environments, ensuring safe and reliable operations for diverse industrial applications.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in the Pune Division.

The Sales

Engineer will manage the complete sales cycle for AUTEC radio remote control solutions, from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation and order closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers across industrial segments. The role involves visiting client sites, understanding application requirements, coordinating with internal teams for solution design,



and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

The Sales

Engineer will also support after-sales service activities, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to market development through feedback and competitive analysis.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech with minimum 2 years field sales experience in Material Handling and EOT Cranes.

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to interpret customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage the sales process, build relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare documentation, and interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) are beneficial.
- Experience in industrial equipment, automation, cranes, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to customer sites within the region and work in field-based industrial environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
