Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Sales Executive based in Bengaluru, you will drive business growth by identifying prospects, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, managing and nurturing key accounts, preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and business development strategies are effectively executed.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Proficiency in market research, customer relationship management, and lead generation

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience in business development and managing high-value accounts

Knowledge of the packaging industry or related sectors is advantageous

Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, competitive environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
