Xena Production is expanding into international markets, and we’re looking for an experienced SDR who can help us connect with the right companies, start meaningful sales conversations, and generate qualified opportunities.

We’re a video production and motion design studio helping tech, fintech, and AI companies communicate their products through compelling product explainer and launch videos.

What you’ll do

→ Identify and research potential clients across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Dubai

→ Build accurate, highly targeted lead lists based on our ideal customer profile (ICP)

→ Conduct outbound B2B cold calls and engage decision-makers

→ Qualify prospects, identify potential project requirements, and book sales meetings

→ Maintain organised prospect records and follow up consistently

Who we’re looking for

→ 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales development or cold calling

→ Proven experience calling prospects in the US, UK, Australia, or similar international markets

→ Solid spoken English,



clear pronunciation, and the ability to hold natural business conversations

→ Good prospect research skills and an understanding of ICP-based targeting

→ Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and other decision-makers

→ Comfortable working evening/night shifts aligned with international markets

What we offer

→ Fixed monthly compensation of ₹10,000–₹20,000, depending on experience

→ 2–3% commission on deals you help bring in and close
