Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities, including preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and tracking orders and deliveries.

The Sales

Coordinator will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure timely responses and resolutions.

Responsibilities include assisting in sales reporting, scheduling meetings, coordinating with operations and service teams, and updating CRM or other sales systems.



The role also requires contributing to customer service excellence by maintaining accurate information, supporting smooth sales operations, and helping the team meet sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support lead follow-up, basic negotiations, and sales-related activities.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a problem-solving, service-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in industrial machinery, packaging, or healthcare-related sectors is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
