We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Business Growth Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals and other channels.

Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.

Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead and client handling.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.





Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.

Eligibility

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Telugu and English communication skills are mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working from the Baner, Pune office.
