About the Role

Drone Rangers India Pvt. Ltd., a DGCA-authorized RPTO and leading drone technology company in Rajasthan, is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development and Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience in drone trainings, drone services, drone sales domain along with solid communication and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and generate business for all DGCA-certified drone pilot training programs, including RPC (Small/Medium), TTT, Instructor Refresher Courses, Drone Building, Survey & Mapping, and FPV Build & Fly courses.
2. Generate business for drone and aeromodelling workshops, institutional training, Drone Lab establishment, drone survey and mapping services, agriculture drones, drone sales, FPV/DIY drones, and accessories.
3. Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies in coordination with the Managing Director to achieve revenue targets.
4. Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, telecalling, cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, networking,



field visits, and direct outreach.
5. Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to client inquiries, counsel prospective students and customers, conduct follow-ups, negotiate, and convert leads into admissions, sales, and projects.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, government departments, and corporate partners to generate repeat business and long-term collaborations.
7. Prepare and submit tenders, EOI/RFQ documents, quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
8. Coordinate with technical and management teams to convert business opportunities into successful projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Maintain sales pipelines, lead databases, telecalling records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports; monitor marketing budgets and business development performance.
10. Conduct client meetings, institutional visits, presentations, and business development travel as required to acquire new clients and achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

- MBA, BBA, B.Tech, or any related certification in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
- Experience in the drone industry (training, services or sales) will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and strong marketing approach.
- Understanding of drone industry trends and DGCA training structure (preferred).

Salary Structure

₹2.7 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on Skills)
