Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jharkhand, India. The individual in this role will engage with customers, explain product features and pricing, and support them in making informed purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store sales, maintaining product displays, handling customer inquiries and concerns, processing transactions accurately, and keeping basic sales records.

The Sales

Associate will collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and ensure a positive customer experience.



This role may also involve coordinating with suppliers or distributors and assisting with inventory checks as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and respond to customer needs professionally.
- Basic sales and retail operations skills, including handling transactions, maintaining product displays, and working toward sales targets.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced store environment.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with basic computer or point-of-sale (POS) systems and willingness to learn current tools.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or business-related education is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
