Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves greeting and engaging prospective customers in the showroom, understanding their interior requirements, and presenting suitable design and product options.

The Sales

Associate will prepare quotations, explain pricing and timelines, and coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing. Daily tasks include managing follow-ups with leads, maintaining customer records, supporting after-sales service,



and contributing to showroom displays and product presentations. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in local marketing initiatives, and representing Glamwood Interiors’ commitment to quality and transparency in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts, modular furniture, and home improvement products.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details in easy terms.
- Comfort with using computers and CRM or sales tracking tools to manage leads and customer information.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with design, production, and installation teams.
- Prior experience in retail, interiors, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, design, or a related field is a plus.
