: B2B Sales Executive – Client Acquisition

Commission: 30% on closed deals

Monthly Revenue Target: ₹12 lakh annualized target is ₹12 LPA; monthly targets will be aligned with the company’s sales plan.

About the Role

BrandwepBTG Digital Marketing is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to acquire new business clients, build strong qualified relationships, and grow revenue by promoting our digital marketing and creative services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach startups, SMEs, established businesses, and potential B2B clients.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and other channels.

Pitch digital marketing, social media management, SEO, graphic design, and video editing services.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.

Schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.





Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client records.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Understanding of digital marketing services and business requirements.

Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up professionally.

Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth.

Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹30,000 per month.

Incentive: 30% commission on closed deals, subject to the company’s commission policy.
