Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for supporting branch-level sales and customer service activities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining loan products and services, assisting with application forms, and collecting required documents. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and coordinating with branch staff to ensure timely processing of loan applications.

Attendant will also help with basic follow-up calls, field visits as required, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets while providing courteous, transparent, and compliant service. This position requires adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and a strong focus on ethical and responsible lending practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills to understand loan terms, repayment schedules, and customer eligibility.
- Comfort using simple digital tools or mobile applications for data entry, record keeping, and customer follow-up.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Customer service orientation, with a responsible and ethical approach to supporting financial inclusion.
- Ability to work on-site in Kota, collaborate with branch teams, and perform occasional local field visits.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, microfinance, banking, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
