Job Overview

Designation: Sales Associate : Team Europe

Experience: 0–4 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5.5 days)

Shift: Rotational shifts

Preference: Immediate joiners and candidates with prior experience in handling international clients will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Experience in handling international clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication & Relationship Management

Communicate with students and international clients through emails, calls, messages, and other channels to understand their accommodation requirements.

Build and maintain solid relationships with students, accommodation providers, and internal teams.

Provide timely responses, regular follow-ups, and end-to-end support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Sales & Lead Management

Manage and process incoming leads on the Casita platform accurately and efficiently.

Assist students throughout the booking journey, addressing their queries and helping them identify suitable accommodation options.

Use effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to convert leads into successful bookings.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.

- Client Satisfaction & Problem Resolution

Identify customer concerns and accommodation-related challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.





Resolve queries promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Proactively follow up with students to provide assistance at different stages of their association with Casita.

- Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Reporting & Business Support

Maintain and update relevant sales, customer, supplier, and market data.

Prepare reports and coordinate data for internal meetings and business reviews.
