Role Description The Sales Associate Assistant Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and presenting suitable real estate options. The individual will manage the sales cycle, from lead follow-up and property visits to negotiation support and closing transactions.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also includes meeting sales targets,



staying updated on local market trends, and participating in promotional activities or events as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and client relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in explaining complex information clearly and professionally.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, property visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic analytical and market awareness skills to understand real estate trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms for tracking leads and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including flexibility for client meetings and occasional weekend or evening work.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, consulting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a relevant discipline is an advantage.
