Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and supporting sales targets through regular client meetings and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include tracking market trends, customer visits and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product information,



and assist in resolving issues to maintain strong relationships. The role may also include supporting training and onboarding for new team members on sales processes and product knowledge.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and support account development.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support team knowledge sharing, product familiarisation, and process adherence.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, packaging, printing, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic analytical skills are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel Pan-India on Customer visits representing the company.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong conversational skills in English and Hindi is a must.
