Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The specialist will identify and engage potential property owners, present View On Click’s media and showcase solutions, and convert leads into active clients.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, gathering market feedback, and supporting campaigns to increase brand awareness and service adoption.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, deliver excellent customer experiences, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening abilities.
- Proven Customer Service skills to provide responsive, solution-oriented support to property owners.
- Demonstrated Sales experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training clients or team members on platform features and service advantages.
- Sales Management skills to track performance, manage pipelines, and support achievement of sales goals.
- Familiarity with property, real estate, or media services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
