Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The intern will support sales outreach, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective and existing clients, helping to communicate the value of GHC Growth Lab’s services. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, participating in promotional campaigns, and supporting social media and digital initiatives.

The intern will also help maintain customer records, respond to client inquiries,



and coordinate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to startup consultancy operations and opportunities to learn directly from experienced mentors.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service abilities focused on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Sales skills such as lead generation, pitching services, and supporting conversion activities.
- Training and Sales Management interests or foundational skills to assist in internal knowledge sharing and basic sales coordination.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for the startup ecosystem and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
