Role Description This is a contract, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support daily sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and assisting with client outreach and follow-ups.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team on campaign execution, preparing sales materials and presentations, and maintaining CRM records. The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback, and contribute to basic market research and competitor analysis.



The role also involves participating in internal training sessions, learning Bidshade’s products and processes, and collaborating with team members to meet campaign and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn digital marketing and Ad Tech concepts.
- Robust interest in sales, marketing, and mobile advertising; familiarity with digital marketing or programmatic advertising is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort working with online tools and CRM systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
