Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

- Assist in identifying potential B2B partners such as retailers, online marketplaces, resellers etc.
- Support outreach initiatives via email, calls, and research-based prospecting
- Help build and maintain partner databases and relationship trackers

Ecommerce Sales & Strategy
- Support the sales team in executing ecommerce and B2B sales strategies
- Analyse product performance, seasonality, and pricing trends across channels
- Gain exposure to P&L; concepts
- Assist in preparing sales decks, product presentations, and internal reports

Marketing & Market Research
- Conduct market and competitor research across ecommerce platforms
- Analyze consumer trends, demand patterns, and new market opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales objectives with campaigns and promotions

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain, and merchandising teams
- Support internal coordination to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach, sales leads,



and research findings
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, data, and insights
- Share actionable insights and improvement suggestions with the team

Who Can Apply

- Students pursuing MBA, BBA, BBM, PGDM, or undergraduate degrees in

Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Business Strategy, Fashion Management, or related fields
- Solid interest in ecommerce, fashion retail, sales, and strategy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel, PPT, or data tools
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
