Role Description The Sales and Marketing Assistant is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting client-facing and internal growth initiatives. This position involves assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping maintain accurate customer and prospect records. The role includes coordinating with team members to prepare promotional materials and client presentations, responding to client inquiries in a professional manner, and providing follow-up support to enhance customer satisfaction.





The Sales and Marketing Assistant will also help track campaign performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall business development objectives of Kheewa Incorporation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support campaigns, generate leads, and assist in converting prospects.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and present information on industry trends and competitors.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and solid organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior internship or entry-level experience in sales or marketing, are beneficial.
