Role Description The Robotics Engineer role is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role involves designing, developing, and testing robotics and automation solutions, including educational kits and small-scale industrial systems. Daily responsibilities include building and programming robotic prototypes, integrating sensors and controllers, and refining embedded and IoT-based systems for reliability and usability.

The Robotics

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional team members to support product development,



assist with technical documentation, and contribute to workshops or training sessions as needed. The role requires hands-on work in the lab or workshop, combined with remote tasks such as code development, system design, and project coordination.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation for designing, building, and optimizing robotic systems and automated workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, interpret data, and improve system performance.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills for programming microcontrollers, embedded systems, and robotics platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, support training activities, and document technical work clearly.
- Experience with embedded systems, IoT platforms, and sensor integration is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar hardware ecosystems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work safely and methodically in a lab or workshop setting, and manage part-time hybrid schedules within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
