Role The MatrixCare Intelligent Automation team is seeking an experienced RPA Specialist to drive both internal and customer-facing automation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and lead the successful implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) projects using the Automation Anywhere A360 platform.

What You'll Do

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable automation (UI, API, DB, M365 platforms etc.) solutions using the Automation Anywhere A360 platform in integration with python and JavaScript frameworks.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Design and document automation workflows, technical specifications, and solution architectures for RPA initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering,



solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of automation solutions through thorough testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing automations and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with IT and enterprise application teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing platforms, systems, and data sources.
- Monitor automation performance, analyze operational metrics, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in RPA, Intelligent Automation, and AI-driven automation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Automation Anywhere.
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex RPA implementations from concept through production.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions, including process analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Deep understanding of RPA best practices, workflow optimization, and business process automation.
- Experience creating process documentation, technical specifications, and solution design artifacts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.




- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications Automation Anywhere certifications such as:

- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
- Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional

Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus. Exposure To Additional Automation Platforms And Technologies, Including

- Microsoft Power Automate
- UiPath
- Agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation technologies

Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
