Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Retired Bank Manager based in Tiruppur Taluka. The role involves overseeing relationships with financial institutions, monitoring asset reconstruction activities, and providing strategic inputs on NPA resolution and distressed asset management.

The Retired Bank

Manager will review and assess financial documentation, support negotiation with stakeholders, and guide compliance with relevant banking and regulatory norms. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, advising on risk mitigation strategies, and contributing to property management and real estate advisory decisions.



The individual will also mentor team members, help streamline processes, and represent the organization in meetings with banks, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, with experience in managing banking and institutional partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Services expertise, preferably with direct exposure to NPAs, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service abilities, including handling client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, including mentoring staff, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting performance improvement.
- Retired or former bank managers with significant branch or credit operations experience are preferred.
- In-depth understanding of banking regulations, NPA recovery processes, and asset reconstruction frameworks is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, documentation review, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur Taluka, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and communicate clearly in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
