Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and source Commercial Vehicle loan business through direct sales and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with CV dealers, DSAs, brokers, transporters, fleet owners, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
- Identify market opportunities and expand business in assigned territories.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and underwriting teams for loan processing and approval.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, Vehicle Loans, Asset Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Auto Finance.
- Experience in dealer management and channel sales preferred.
- - Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred
