About the Role

Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and helping families make important decisions? Rainbow International School is looking for a warm, confident Relationship Associate to be the first point of contact for parents and prospective students. You will guide families through the admissions journey and make sure every interaction with the school is a positive one.

What You’ll Do

Parent & Prospect Engagement

- Be the first point of contact for parents and prospective students
- Welcome visitors and guide them through school tours and open houses
- Build trust and lasting relationships with parents and guardians

Admissions Support
- Handle admission enquiries over calls, email and in person
- Share accurate information on programs, curriculum, fees and policies
- Follow up with prospective parents and guide them through the application process

Coordination




- Work with the academic, administration and accounts teams to resolve parent queries
- Keep communication between parents and school departments transparent and timely

Parent Concerns
- Handle parent concerns and complaints calmly and professionally
- Escalate issues when needed while maintaining a positive relationship

Records & Reporting
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and parent interactions in the CRM
- Help prepare reports on admissions trends and parent feedback

Brand Ambassador
- Represent the school’s values and programs in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, sales or education is a plus
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Calm, professional and solution-oriented under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office is desirable
