Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage relationships with farmers, agri-business customers, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory.

Source Crop Loans and other agricultural lending products to achieve business targets.

Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business sourcing and portfolio management.

Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable agri-finance solutions.

Ensure timely documentation, loan processing, and disbursement as per policy guidelines.

Monitor portfolio health and ensure regular collections to maintain asset quality.

Generate cross-sale opportunities for insurance, deposits, and other banking products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, aggregators, FPOs, and local influencers.





Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in the assigned area.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline, preferably Agriculture, Rural Management, or related fields.

Experience in Agricultural Finance, Crop Loans, Rural Lending, or Agri Business.

Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop cycles, and rural markets.

Valuable communication, relationship management, and sales skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
