- Responsible for calling on the leads-renewals data shared by the company




- Follow up calls on the already existing Care Renewals Policy data
- In-house-Office Job only-No field work required
- It's an outbound and inbound process.
- Responsible for briefing the customer about the product & extra benefits or offers.
- Responsible for convincing the customers to renew the policy, port the policy and closing the lead.
- Responsible for achieving the given targets.

Desired Experience :-

- Preferred Kannada , Malayalam and tamil language
- Candidate should have experience in insurance sales/Direct Channel/ Cross cell channel and online product selling.
- Candidate should have customer convincing power on calls.
- Candidate should be sharp in pitching policy to customers and should be presentable.
- Basic Communication in English with clear pronunciation of words
