Hesa is looking for experienced Regional Buyers to manage FMCG & Staples procurement and ensure timely stock replenishment across our warehouses in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement and stock replenishment for regional warehouses.
- Ensure continuous availability of FMCG & Staples products across all warehouse locations.
- Source products directly from manufacturers, mills, distributors, wholesalers, and local vendors.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, margins, credit terms, and supply arrangements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to understand stock requirements and avoid stockouts.
- Monitor inventory movement, demand, and replenishment cycles.
- Develop a strong regional vendor network and conduct regular market visits.

? Preferred Profile:





- Experience in FMCG & Staples buying, sourcing, or procurement.
- Strong vendor network across AP & Telangana.
- Valuable understanding of rice, pulses, edible oils, sugar, and other FMCG categories.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse replenishment and inventory planning.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
