Recruiter – Technology & Growth Hiring

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Recruiter to work directly with the founders as we establish our new office in Chandigarh. You’ll lead recruitment across technical, product, marketing, and other business roles, helping us build a strong team as the company grows.

You’ll be responsible for finding and qualifying strong candidates, including people with specialist skills such as mobile app development, Growth Engineering, and performance marketing.

We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand hiring requirements, take ownership of the recruitment process, and deliver results independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment end to end, from understanding role requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional communities, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for each role.
- Present qualified candidates who meet the agreed criteria to the founders, who will conduct subsequent interview rounds.




- Manage candidate communication and keep the recruitment process organized and moving forward.
- Build candidate pipelines and improve sourcing strategies as hiring needs evolve.

Requirements

- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience hiring for technical, digital, marketing, or product roles.
- Solid screening, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to understand role requirements quickly, work autonomously, and make sound decisions without requiring frequent guidance.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates beyond incoming applications.

Experience hiring developers, Growth Engineers, mobile app developers, or performance marketers is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and can manage the hiring process with minimal direction while keeping the founders informed and presenting a strong shortlist of suitable candidates.
