Role Description The Recruiting Intern role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling and following up on interview rounds, and supporting hiring managers with role requirements and job postings.

The intern will help facilitate communication between candidates and the internal team, contribute to onboarding and basic training support,



and participate in employer branding or campus outreach activities as needed. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes within a growing travel technology company.

Qualifications

- Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Training and onboarding support capabilities to assist in integrating new team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling candidate information.
- Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate within a fast-paced team workplace.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and the travel or technology industry is an advantage.
