Role Description This is a full time, on-site real estate sales role based in Bengaluru.

The Real Estate Sales

Professional will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, presenting available plotted developments, and guiding customers through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily activities include conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing, responding to customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to coordinate documentation,



participating in promotional events, and providing post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and confidently with prospective and existing customers.
- Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members to improve sales practices and product knowledge.
- Sales Management abilities to track performance, manage pipelines, and support team goals.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and manage weekend or extended hours when required.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market and local languages is an added advantage.
