Location: Mumbai | Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Calling Executive to join our recovery team.

Responsibilities:

- Call borrowers for follow-up and recovery of overdue accounts
- Negotiate and secure payment commitments (PTP)
- Update call records and case status daily
- Coordinate with the field team and share reports

Requirements:

- Prior recovery or collections calling experience (must)
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Polite, professional and compliant conduct

2. Recovery Agent (Permanent), DRA certified

Location: Mumbai | Type: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

- Handle assigned recovery accounts (office and field)
- Borrower follow-ups, negotiation and collections
- Documentation, reporting and daily coordination

Requirements:

- Valid IIBF DRA certificate (mandatory)
- Knowledge of recovery and collections processes
- Ethical conduct, following the RBI Fair Practices Code

3. Enforcement Agent (Case Basis)

Location: Mumbai | Type: Independent, paid per case

Responsibilities





- Field enforcement support on assigned cases
- Borrower visits and compliant follow-up
- Share timely case updates and reports

Requirements:

- Valid IIBF DRA certificate (mandatory)
- Own conveyance and good knowledge of Mumbai
- Professional conduct, with no harassment

4. Office & Field Client Relationship Executive

Location: Mumbai | Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in clients and manage inquiries across Real Estate, Finance and Recovery
- Support debt recovery operations (office coordination and field visits)
- Manage documentation, follow-ups and day-to-day office coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred); freshers welcome
- Good interpersonal skills, quick decision-making and adaptability
- Prior customer service, sales, tele-calling or recovery experience is a plus
