Sales Agent – Real Estate? Hyderabad · Navi Mumbai · Full-time

Call and meet home buyers who have shown interest in our clients' residential projects, take them on site visits and close bookings.

Oxbo is a digital marketing and CRM company for real estate. We run ad campaigns for developers and channel partners and pass the interested buyers to a sales team that follows up quickly and closes.

What you'll do

- Call recent and interested leads every day, understand their budget and needs, and pitch the right project and configuration
- Fix and conduct site visits, and follow up until the buyer decides
- Close bookings and coordinate the booking amount and documentation with the developer
- Update every call, visit and next step in the Oxbo CRM, and work your daily agenda




- Build relationships with channel partners and local brokers

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years in real estate, insurance, banking or any field sales (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
- Clear spoken Hindi and English; Telugu for Hyderabad or Marathi for Navi Mumbai is a plus
- Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups and targets
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
