Qualification & Experience Range : 6 to 12 years with Master’s degree/ PhD - Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Immunology or a related life sciences discipline).

Job Location : Genome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad

Job Purpose To develop, optimize, qualify, and document analytical methods supporting vaccine development and characterization, with a focus on Luminex or bead-based assays, immunoanalytical techniques, biochemical methods, and chromatography. The role will also support stability monitoring, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports and summary documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and qualify Luminex or other bead-based analytical methods for vaccine-related research and development.
- Develop and qualify immunoanalytical methods to support product characterization and analytical testing requirements.
- Perform biochemical analyses and chromatography-based investigations to support R&D; activities.
- Execute analytical experiments, evaluate results, troubleshoot method-related issues, and ensure data accuracy and reproducibility.
- Conduct stability monitoring, review analytical trends, and document study observations and results.
- Prepare and review analytical protocols,



method qualification documents, technical reports, study summaries, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable laboratory records in accordance with applicable quality standards and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D;, analytical, and quality teams to support project deliverables and timelines.

Desired Experience:

- Relevant experience in analytical method development and qualification within the biotechnology or vaccine R&D; environment.
- Hands-on experience with Luminex or bead-based assay development and qualification.
- Working knowledge of immunoanalytical techniques, biochemical methods, and chromatography.
- Experience in stability monitoring, analytical data interpretation, and preparation of technical reports and summary documents.
- Solid documentation, analytical troubleshooting, and scientific communication skills.
